Enhanced UM Performance Dashboards for Authorizations Coming Soon
Helping organizations strengthen compliance, improve efficiency, and gain real-time visibility into UM operations
Elligint Health will soon introduce enhanced Utilization Management (UM) Performance Dashboards for authorizations, designed to give organizations a clearer, more immediate view into authorization workflows and operational performance. These dashboards translate day-to-day UM authorization activity into actionable insight that supports faster decision-making, stronger compliance, and more efficient operations.
By surfacing performance in near real time, UM teams can better manage turnaround times, monitor workload distribution, and proactively address bottlenecks, while giving leadership greater confidence in both operational performance and regulatory alignment.
Built to support informed, continuous improvement, the dashboards make it easier to connect workflow configuration and execution with measurable outcomes, helping organizations identify what’s working, where processes may be slowing down, and where targeted adjustments can drive better results.
What the New Dashboards Deliver
Our comprehensive suite of authorization dashboards provide end-to-end visibility into the authorization lifecycle — from request intake through determination and notifications — enabling organizations to monitor operational efficiency and staff performance, analyze provider performance, and track turnaround time compliance across your UM program. Interactive filtering allows users to explore performance across teams, providers, and request types, making it easier to pinpoint issues and uncover root causes.
Dashboard domains include:
- Authorization Overview: Track authorization volume, determination rates, and compliance with turnaround time requirements across standard and expedited requests, with trend visibility over time.
- Open Authorization Monitoring: View the current state of open requests, including aging, past-due items, and upcoming deadlines — supporting proactive queue management and prioritization.
- User Performance Insights: Evaluate staff performance across caseloads, turnaround time adherence, and determination patterns, helping identify capacity issues and coaching opportunities.
- Provider-Level Analysis: Understand authorization trends by provider, including approval and denial rates, network status, and patterns that may signal opportunities for provider engagement or policy alignment.
- Line-Level Detail and Utilization Trends: Analyze request-level detail across services, medications, and inpatient stays to better understand utilization patterns and support more informed clinical and operational decisions.
Availability
Enhanced UM Performance Dashboards for Authorizations will be available through the Helios® Admin Portal in the coming month. Elligint Health Client Success teams will reach out to guide clients through the new capabilities and support adoption. When used alongside Elligint Health’s CM Performance Dashboards, these new UM dashboards help provide a more complete view of both administrative operations and member-facing performance across the care continuum.
A New Interactive Learning Experience for Helios Users — First Look
Preview our new role-based, in-platform training experience
Elligint Health is preparing to launch a new, fully integrated Learning Management System (LMS) within Helios® — and we’re pleased to share a first look at what users can expect.
Designed to enhance how users learn, explore, and engage with the platform, the LMS moves beyond static “Help” content to deliver a more interactive training experience directly within the Helios® Help section.
At the center of the new experience is a growing library of step-by-step “How To” courses that guide users through key functionality across the platform. Courses combine concept screens with audio-guided tutorial videos that walk users through processes in a practical, easy-to-follow format. The LMS is designed for flexibility, allowing users to pause training and resume where they left off when it’s convenient. From managing member records and assessments to navigating core workflows, the LMS is designed to help users build both confidence and capability within Helios.
A visual preview of the new Helios LMS, offering a glimpse into the course library and interactive learning experience.

The LMS is also built to support ongoing learning and accountability. Courses can be assigned, and once completed, they are automatically added to each user’s learner record, allowing the tracking of completed training and the recognition of learning progress through achievements and badges. To make learning even more useful on the job, select tutorials can also be downloaded as PDF “cheat sheets” that users can apply in real time.
Downloadable “cheat sheets” and reference materials help users apply learning on the job.

Built with flexibility in mind, the LMS provides each client with a secure, tailored learning environment aligned to their unique configuration. As Helios continues to evolve, course content will be updated to reflect new functionality, making the LMS not just a training resource, but an ongoing enablement tool for long-term user success. Stay tuned for more information on availability in the coming weeks.
