Introducing Enhanced Care Management Performance Dashboards in Helios®
Bringing visibility, precision, and actionable insights to every step of the care journey.
Elligint Health is introducing a powerful new way for care management teams to understand and improve daily operations: enhanced Care Management (CM) Performance Dashboards in Helios. These dashboards provide near real-time visibility into CM workflows, enabling clearer, more confident decision-making.
By transforming operational activity into actionable insights, the dashboards help CM leadership teams continuously improve workflows, strengthen member engagement, and clearly demonstrate program value.
These dashboards reflect Elligint Health’s analytics democratization ethos: making performance insights visible, actionable, and directly connected to day-to-day operations. With this release, organizations can close the analytics feedback loop — moving seamlessly from configuring workflows, to executing daily activities, to understanding performance through intuitive visualizations that highlight what’s working and where attention is needed.

Dashboards bring together diverse data views — including bar charts, pie charts, trend lines, and drill-down filters — to transform complex operational data into clear, decision-ready insight
What the New Dashboards Deliver
The enhanced CM Performance Dashboards bring together six integrated views, each representing a critical dimension of CM success. Interactive filtering and drill-down capabilities allow users to explore trends, identify bottlenecks, and uncover root-cause insights.
Because not every organization follows the same care management workflows, the dashboards are designed to operate at two levels: a simplified lifecycle view that works for all programs, and more detailed, stage-by-stage views for organizations using Elligint Health’s recommended workflows. This ensures that every organization sees a clear performance story, while those with more structured workflows gain deeper operational visibility.
- Episode Performance – Track how members move through stages of the care journey (via episode status change log data), identify bottlenecks, and monitor completion and engagement rates.
- Referral Performance – Understand referral volume, types, sources/trigger mechanisms, and resolution to strengthen care coordination.
- Task Performance – Monitor workload balance, task timeliness, past-due rates, and process adherence across care teams.
- Interaction Performance – Evaluate engagement effectiveness, including contact success rates at the reason for service level, communication modes, and outreach frequency.
- Assessment Performance – Ensure assessments are completed on time and with quality to meet clinical and regulatory requirements.
- Care Plan Performance – Gain aggregated visibility into member-centered care plans, including problems, goals, and progress.
Together, these views transform Helios activity into meaningful operational intelligence — giving executives, operations leaders, program managers, and care management supervisors clear insight into performance without delay.
Availability
Enhanced Care Management Performance Dashboards will be available through the Helios Admin Portal. Client Success team members will reach out to each customer to introduce the dashboards and provide guidance.
Available On Demand: Advancing Predictive Intelligence in Care Management Discussion
Accelerating smarter care through integrated predictive intelligence.
An on-demand discussion exploring how advanced predictive analytics enable earlier intervention, smarter prioritization, and measurable impact across care management programs is now available on the Elligint Health YouTube channel. The session spotlights Elligint Health’s strategic partnership with Prealize Health and how its AI-driven predictive models are natively integrated into the Helios® platform to enhance risk stratification and proactive care coordination.
Through this integration, Prealize Health’s advanced analytics identify not only who is rising in risk, but also when that risk is likely to occur and the clinical drivers behind it. These insights flow directly into Helios workflows, enabling care teams to prioritize high-impact interventions, reduce avoidable admissions, and improve total cost of care performance.
The discussion is led by:
- Brian Steele, DO – Chief Medical Officer and member of Elligint Health’s Strategic Advisory Board. Dr. Steele is a physician executive with deep expertise in value-based care, analytics, and scalable healthcare transformation. His leadership spans health plans, provider organizations, and national care management initiatives, where he has consistently aligned clinical quality with financial sustainability. At Elligint Health, he helps shape product strategy and guide innovation across the Helios platform.
- Dean Noble-Tolla, PhD – Chief Product & Analytics Officer, Prealize Health. Dr. Noble-Tolla leads development of one of healthcare’s most advanced AI foundation models. With more than 15 years of experience translating complex healthcare data into predictive strategies and scalable technologies, he has built analytics solutions that drive measurable improvements in care delivery and operational efficiency.
Together, Dr. Steele and Dr. Noble-Tolla discuss how predictive intelligence embedded directly within care management workflows enables payer and provider organizations to move from reactive to proactive engagement. If you are focused on improving risk visibility, enhancing care prioritization, and driving performance across value-based and fee-for-service environments, this discussion provides insight into how integrated AI can accelerate smarter care.

Coming Soon: A New Interactive Learning Experience for Helios Users
Empowering clients with dynamic, role-based training built directly into the platform.
Elligint Health is preparing to introduce a major enhancement to how users learn, explore, and engage with the Helios platform. Soon, instead of relying solely on static help articles, clients will have access to a fully integrated Learning Management System (LMS) available directly within the Helios Help section.

At the center of this new experience is a dynamic library of step-by-step “How To” courses designed to help users navigate key functionality within Helios. Each course walks users through essential tasks — such as creating a task, understanding episode details, and building and managing care plans — while reinforcing core concepts behind the platform’s design. The training mirrors the value of live instruction while allowing users to learn at their own pace, building confidence across care and episode management, authorizations, appeals, and other foundational platform features. As Jenean Jennings, Elligint Health’s Director of User Development, explains, the goal is to make training “a truly interactive experience,” not simply a reading exercise.
The LMS is built with flexibility in mind. Each client’s users will access a secure, tailored learning environment aligned to their unique platform configuration. Planned enhancements — including prerequisite pathways and certification tracks — will support both new users and experienced administrators as Helios continues to evolve.
As new features are introduced, course content will update automatically, and users will be notified when new and updated materials become available. The LMS is designed not just as a training resource, but as an ongoing enablement platform that grows alongside our clients.
Elligint Health Joins the AWS Marketplace
Helios is now available in the AWS Marketplace, enabling clients to procure our solution more efficiently.
Elligint Health is pleased to announce that our flagship product, Helios, can be procured directly from the AWS Marketplace. The AWS Marketplace is a curated digital catalog where organizations can discover, purchase, and manage software that runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Many healthcare organizations already use AWS as part of their technology stack, and the AWS Marketplace provides a familiar, streamlined procurement path that aligns with their existing cloud governance, security reviews, and contracting processes.

One of the biggest benefits for clients is financial and operational simplicity. When Helios is purchased through AWS Marketplace, eligible clients can apply their existing AWS committed “spend” (such as an Enterprise Discount Program agreement) toward their Helios subscription. This can significantly improve budget efficiency by allowing organizations to use dollars they’ve already committed to AWS to cover Helios hosting costs. In addition, Marketplace transactions reduce vendor onboarding friction, consolidate billing, and often accelerate internal approvals.
AWS Marketplace availability also means faster access, easier scaling, and enterprise-grade confidence for Elligint Health clients. While Helios already delivers enterprise-grade security and compliance through our HITRUST certification and a secure AWS-based architecture, offering Helios through the AWS Marketplace aligns procurement with the security, compliance, and operational standards many healthcare organizations already rely on and expect. By making Helios available in AWS Marketplace, Elligint Health meets clients where they are — simplifying procurement, improving cost alignment, and supporting a deployment model designed for reliability and growth within modern cloud environments.
